In her career, she’s had the opportunity to cultivate and scale global digital accessibility teams and execute strategies to advance product accessibility and disability inclusion.

Vice President, Digital Product Development and Management, Voya Financial
Jennifer Bower leads the digital product strategy across Voya Financial worksite experiences, which includes health, wealth, and benefits administration. She and her team combined bring over 40 years of experience and are responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing products and strategies that improve the customer experience through all digital interaction points.
Jamie L. Epolito
Vice President, Strategic Well-Managed Initiatives Leader, KeyBank
Jamie Epolito has more than 16 years in the banking industry, and in her current position is responsible for identifying and managing strategic risk initiatives related to clients’ digital experiences. She works directly with KeyBank’s compliance and legal teams to ensure partners are within regulatory guidelines. She is a member of the Champions of People with Disabilities Networking Group, the African Heritage Networking Group, and the Key Women’s Networking Group.
Corbb O’Connor
Director of Accessibility Advocacy, Level Access, Moderator
Among his decade’s long work in digital accessibility, Corbb O’Connor led the accessibility initiatives connected to U.S. Bank’s 2017 rebranding and 2018 Super Bowl campaigns. He went on to transform a team of salespeople into IAAP-certified experts, and consulted with the world’s leading brands, including financial institutions, about expanding their definitions of done to include accessibility conformance. Corbb is an elected leader in the National Federation of the Blind and gubernatorial appointee to a council advising Minnesota’s state agency for the blind.
